Coonawarra Cellar Dwellers 2012
During Coonawarra Cellar Dwellers 2012 Coonawarra vignerons will dig out some treasures from their cellars to offer visitors. The event runs for the month of July and is a rare opportunity to taste and buy aged wines. Coonawarra wines are well known for their aging ability, and many of the wines on offer during Cellar Dwellers are not usually available for tasting. Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend
Sample the year's vintage before the winemaking process is complete (a privilege usually reserved for vintners). On ‘Gourmet Sunday’, vie for a spot beside a bonfire to eat hand-made sausages and roasted tomatoes. Settle in somewhere nice for a late lunch and the suave sounds of a jazz band. Clare Valley Gourmet Weekend features the region’s premium wines, matched with fine dining experiences and live entertainment.
